This system has been great for us, great soft water system and reverse osmosis. Jay is a great rep and always available day and night when we have questions. I always refer to them when anyone ever mentions “Soft Water”.

Great customer service. Getting down to it I was referred to Jay who handles the Pismo area for soft water conditioning. What a great guy, he scheduled me in for an appointment was a bit early (wow) came in tested the filtered faucet from a competitor said it was working great and that they would be able to maintain it in the future. Then gave me a price quote for a bimonthly service on the water conditioning that they would be replumbing. Thanks a lot Jay you made the process simple and quick.
My entire experience from the moment I first contacted your company for soft water service right up to final installation was pleasurable … Everyone I spoke with was extremely polite and honest. After years of hauling heavy bags of salt pellets to keep my home softener in operation, I now have a system that I don’t have to maintain anymore. I won’t mention any of your competitors by name, but the other heavily-advertised soft water service is priced much higher and they have many more added fees. Your soft water home service was clearly my best and most affordable choice.
I can’t imagine not having it. Also it’s very reasonably priced at 25.95 a month.
